perform normal phone reset settings
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
perform reset apps prefrences
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences

check background data activity of Samsung music app

Galaxy NoteHi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Go to Setting > Apps >Samsung music player > Storage > Clear Data > Delete > tap on Back key > Force Stop.
>Go to setting > Apps > tap on three dots > do ‘Reset app preference’.
>You can also check by updating the application via app store/Google play store.
>Open Setting > General Management > Reset > Reset Setting.
