Rest your device. Check if its solved. I believe it's a software issue. You can also check in Samsung Member app. Go to automatic check.

done with it sir, but rotating is also not working now sensors stopped working and Iris also stopped working sir

brother that is 100% hardware issue. i got fixed in sri Lanka for Rs.8000. they replaced a sensor hub which is on the motherboard.
