please remove cache files with volume down + Power button...see if it solves your problem...

Please be assured and kindly try to connect after reset your S Pen. To Reset the S Pen, go through below given steps:-

1. Long press the S Pen remote icon.
2. The S Pen remote settings screen will automatically open.
3. Tap the More option icon.
4. Tap Reset S Pen.

 

Or you can also access through Settings:-

>>Settings>Advanced Features>S Pen remote>S Pen>More option>Reset S Pen.
