unable to choose ring tone of your choices. it's connecting to Google drive and allow to choose audio file. But it don't change it to new. device is not providing option to choose alternate location once drive is selected. it's seems to be a bug.

We would like to inform you that you need to navigate to Settings >> Sounds & Vibrations >> Ringtone >> Tap on Ringtone >> Add from Phone >> Sound Picker and then you can choose the ringtone of your choice. In case the issue still remains, we welcome you to approach us via remote access feature under support option in Samsung Members App. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
