Have you tried Samsung's own PenUp that comes with Note series? Doesn't look as advanced as Procreate but maybe worth a try(haven't used it personally). For full near-to-professional experience you can also have a look at Adobe Photoshop Sketch or Sketchbook by Autodesk. Both are editor choice apps at Google Play Store.
