problem with type c earphone while making call

Type c earphone  are no working  while making calls but it play songs only the problem  is while making  calls pleas do something

Same problem with my latest galaxy S 23. I can hear Other person but they cant hear me. Songs are playing fine with high res audio the problem is only during call. Did anyone find a aolution to this?

Same issue I am also facing. And for that when call get connected, I have to remove earphone and reconnect, then the call get connect in earphone tye C.

I am also facing same issue with my galaxy A50. Can the Samsung support help us resolve this?

I have the same problem with A24. Before I had to unplug after starting call and reply. Now on 6.0 UI it has stopped working for calls. 

Works fine for media. 

Also same earphones work fine for calls and media on S22 ultra 

I think One UI has problems for newer models now
