pop up view just inconvenient

Is any one you note users finding it inconvenient to resize or make the window u using inconvenient after the pie update..Samsung  pls fix this shit

press recent button click on icon
then click open in popup view

that I know it previously u could just swipe from top corners of the app and then u could resize the app window...that is if u knew ..ty
