oreo update

I am a huge fan of samsung galaxy note 8...presently I am using it
At present so many brands are updating to oreo. Recently one plus 3 and nokia 8 also got their updates...but why our lovely brand samsung is taking huge time for update
please I am requesting you to give update to oreo and will you please tell me when would i got my update

Samsung ships it's os with their own customised UI on top of it so development takes some time while one plus and Nokia are shipping theirs with stock android and nothing more so they can easily give update and rest assured note 8 being this year's flagship us bound to 2 -3 os upgrades
