mr.hrudayam ..you are right but then also few note 9 users don't have any issues with same update...may be software installed perfectly in their device ..,,why saying because actually procedure to install software is the firmware flash ..but maximum people do mistake that they simply update it by mobile data or little fluctuating wifi which is never the procedure or recommended to install software only this produce software holes only ....to achieve highest performance and betterment of device by firmware flash, Samsung introduced smart switch app but people repeatedly doing same mistake
