note20 beta not enrolling - international roaming

I'm in international roaming. I have got notification for beta enrollment for note 20 ultra but it is throwing error message saying that my sim is from different country. But my sim is airtel and I'm in roaming.  Very bad!!!

bad reply. it should not check the service provider. instead they can send otp.
