register again with all sides of your fingers and add same finger 2-3 times simultaneously for better result and lets see

Go to battery optimization in settings and then disable the fingerprint option from there.

I think he practically install software by using mobile data or wifi for this only he is facing those issues.... where smart switch is proper and recommended process to install software to overcome software holes
