When i turn on live focus mode ...mobile vibrates and live focus not capture.

you can try one more thing go to settings then apps camera app and clear the data of camera app

its a hardware issue. Go to service centre they will change the camera module.

There will be a problem with rear camera... visit svc center and replace the part
