Every time Samsung premium phone get delayed to get updates other companies already update 10 version but Samsung is launching till beta version what is the banifit of purchase the costly Samsung phone
well you should have checked the facts before purchasing Samsung phone, Samsung is always slow with software updates, to be Frank they are doing better compared to past years & don't worry note 10 & s 10 already got android 10 so obviously note 9 & s9 will get it with in jan 2nd week.
Samsung has actually improved their update timing, otherwise I remember, even highend phones of Samsung used to get updates after the launch of new highend model. I've used Sony(Z5 Premium)also, they're even slower than Samsung. One more thing, if you want prompt update, you should buy an iphone or phones with Stock Android like Pixel or Nokia or Google One series... Samsung has customized Android more than other mfg. and therefore it takes lot of time. Bte TC.
