am using note 8.. after 3 months...my phone sensors arenot working.¡¡¡¡¡¡ then itake a leave from office. and i go the... service centre
... technician says..ur mother bord damaged
i never recommend anyone..to buy samsung

Actually electronic items are prone to damage at any time. I had same kind of experience with my samaung galaxy S6 edge. But I got mother board replaced free of cost under my warranty period. And immediately after that I sold my Galaxy S6 edge. It is three years now, my friend is using that mobile very finely with lots of multi activity. Sometimes it depends upon luck too.

don't worry u will get the motherboard replaced for free as it is under warranty...it is normal can happen in any electronic device
