i already experienced that after 2months of buying the device.take it to authorized service center.they said it is motherboard fault and we replaced it.as the device is still in warranty there will be no charges.it took 15 days in my area to get my phone repaired

The probability of happening something like this very low. I'm sorry something like that happened to you, but on the bright side, you have a brand new one that will go a long way and consider that you just got an extended warranty, of sorts.
