I am unable to hear the voice of the caller when connected to any of the bluetooth devices, Remaining all other functions with bluetooth like music and volume up and down are all working fine.. first i thought it was the fault of the bluetooth device but it is happening with every device. I called to suppory and they dont knoe dam about this. i am really frustrated with this. i am having note 5 duos.
