Hi, has anyone experienced calls being dropped with their new note 20 ultra, it has become a natural occurrence that I sometimes have to phone back 2 or 3 times because of it. It sometimes also has alot of interference during the calls. I blamed others because I never thought that my new note would do this, but it is happening too much.
My Note20 Ultra continues to drop calls. Did a factory reset and problem persists. SP states it the phone. They did all the checks on their end. Seems to be an issue.
Previous phones were moisture in the charging port 12 months old. This new note didn't last 9 months. I am getting tired of paying iPhone prices for $200 phones.
Just bought note 20 ultra 5g, same issue of dropping calls on some networks in my country, works well on other networks. I don't know if you're still facing same problem or if you still have the phone, maybe this will help another person. Download "Samsung band selection" from play store, launch it, select "LTE all" or "GSM all". Problem solved.
