note 20 screen writing

The right hand side of my note 20 has an invisible half-moon shape about halfway up the screen. I can use my finger to write in that area but not the s pen. Any suggestions??

had the same issue.  turned out that my non standard flip cover had a small magnet in it that was affecting the s pen.
