You are lucky. you are getting 23 hrs for full charge. but in my note 10 plus it shows only 20 hours and 47 mins. that too i kept it in aeroplane mode. also last week only i replaced new battery..
Yes Manish1988. the problem with the previous battery is once it reaches 5% it goes to 0 with 1 or 2 mins. so I replaced the battery. Now it takes 20 mins atleast from 5 to 0. service center executive told if you always enable fast charge will spoil the battery life.
I think they predict it based on your usage. Obviously you won't get same exact battery life if you start using the phone. If you probably did 1 hour of gaming and few hours of YouTube in last day/s, it might take that usage into account and predict this. May be you had different usage on other day, so batter prediction is different
