Any one facing issues while opening the app in note 10 plus. I am getting the below every time i am opening an app.

and if the problem remains then you should have to go to service centre

just clear the you tube app cache and data... nd I will be fine

take your phone to service centre ..
hope Samsung is able to resolve it...

most of the issues Service Centres don't have any clue how to resolve..

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- If application is used with internet, kindly once check the internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi), it should be strong.

2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences.

3- Settings > apps > select the desire application > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

4- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

#Samsung_Support4-after following the above mentioned steps, other apps got affected. the new edge lighting types are not working.please help
