Something odd I have noticed about Samsung note 10 is the refusal to switch to a better WiFi network... Sometimes I have a WiFi connection but it shows its connected without Internet.. But the list will show another WiFi connection that I have previously saved with Internet connection but it won't switch to it? Is this a common behaviour?
