note 10 plus c type headfones not working

Plus help.i was going to use type c headfones first time on my note 10 plus and it show in notification saying charging connected device via USB. 

Please help

change the USB connection to USB audio

tap the notification and select AUDIO SOURCE or similar option , by default USB connection always connects as charging

Hi there,

Since the jack is also used for charging purpose may be then the notification is occurring.

If you are not able to use earphone, please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Charger/USB).

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
