not earning any bixby exp

for some reason im not earning nor i can see how much i earned from bixby. i press great or teach it something and it doesn't show that it gave me exp?

Hi! Please go to Bixby home and tap on options menu on the upper right of the screen -> Tap My Bixby and check the details you are looking.

On the other hand if you are looking for the bixby level , we are sorry but the service has been terminated.
