my note 9 does not have multi window or split screen!!how can i have it??

yes it's have...go to recent button...click on app you can get it

it has.. after u r in recent apps, click on app icon and u will jave options available

It has..after pie update..you will gonna find it via recent apps..click on recent apps..and select small icon..
