As if today it's been 20 days and counting that almost every other countries have released may security patch update for Note 10+ . Amid the ongoing lockdown still rest of the other countries somehow manage to release monthly security patch update for devices, latest major software updates for older device only Samsung India are using coronavirus and lockdown as an excuse. Wake up Samsung india entire world is struggling with Covid-19 situation yet they are working hard and delivering best service to their customers.
I wonder why the red zone is created by Samsung to deliver updates digitally online to Indian customers. Like @Gst24 said their excuses are basically their failures and incompetence for which they care less 🤔🤔
