issues in Note 8 after December patch

Few applications are getting hang like
Instagram
Whatsapp

In instagram sound is being played of earlier videos even though you have scrolled down to next video

In whatsapp blank screen coming few times

This is happening after latest security update last night.

Samsung why you have given december 2018 security patch again , when the decemeber security patch you gave on 17 Dec , 2018. ??
