The option to turn off do not disturb notifications is not available in settings kindly make this user friendly

Why would I like to remove the notification only for 2 hours, and not being able to turn it off permanently? Crazy.

On Huawei you can turn off volume for everything and keep alarm on. On Samsung, you cant. Instead, need to use "do not disturb", BUT you are rewarded with permanent notification you just cant remove from the lock screen...
