how to diable to access menu bar while in lock

Please update the feature to disable the menu bar while lock , someone can mute and do some changes even it's locked

you can change the setting not to allow anyone accessing your menu for changing anything it must require your screen lock your password so you can do that this feature is already available in Samsung smartphones if you require the step ask me I will tell you!
