how to add friend in samsung health

How do i connect with a friend on Samsung health? I wanted to connect with my friends that have samsung but the mobile phone is not giving options through my contacts.

> Open Samsung health app
> Tap the 'Together' tab
> Tap 'Start' and allow the permissions
>Tap 'Friends'
> Tap 'Recommended' to see people in your contacts who use Samsung Health.
> Tap 'ID' to search for friends using their Samsung account.
>Tap 'Invite friends' and then tap 'Share' to send your invitation link.
(If they have the Samsung Health app installed, the link will open the app and take them to the Together tab. If they don't have the app installed, the link will send them to the Samsung Health page on Play Store or the App Store to download the app.)
> After creating friends, select '1:1 challenge' to challenge them for a walking challenge.

i can't find my friends who already use Shealth. i have to invite them all, even if they have Samsung or not. please, show list of contact those who already use Samsunghealth.

hi dear
i have a problem with samsung health
when i want to invite some of my friends to a challnge it says:
"ali isn't allowing challenge invitations"
what me or my frind should do?

This is nice, succinct and easy to follow.

My Samsung A13 does not have those prompts apparently.  I am able to do this:

> Open Samsung health app
> Tap the 'Together' tab

After that MY cell shows:

On (it is greeen)

"Walk with your friends and people around the world as you build up your daily step count.

Find and manage friends

"Who can see my step count?"  I have Friends (in green)

Auto add new friends to leaderboard is green

But nowhere to select whom I want to follow me.

I am still stuck.

Oh, and I have Receive challenges from Friends selected.
