Galaxy NoteHi there,
We request you to reset your device settings (settings>>general management >> reset>>reset settings).
However, the next OS version will be release in the month of January which might fix this issue.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
