fast charging

After update on my note 10 lite no fast charging is working its doing cable charging from one side of chrging port and taking more than 2.30 hrs until full charge.checked my charger on other phones its working fine.

Is there anyone else facing the same problem please tell me

In the device care section disable fast charging and enable it again, if it dosen't work restart your phone or once reset your device . Hope it helps

not reset it yet but other things already done but no benefit

You can wait for the next update, maybe it's a bug. It get resolve by the next update

first check with other cable with same charger

I assume you have updated to One UI 3.1, please try clearing cache partition from recovery. Also try resetting settings app, not the phone reset. I am on One UI 3.1, charging works perfectly.
