i have two phones Note 10 and S8. using find my phone link is only resetting my s8 password. I have checked that my same Samsung account is logged in both devices. I want to reset my Note 10's password. as i forgot its pattern. please help !

did u switch on remote unlock in note 10
did u turn on auto sync

auto sync is on, samsung account is logged in and it shows Note 10 in settings of my devices of samsung account. still the link doesn't show my tab A and Note 10.
it is only showing S8

Hi Dear,
In your phone, sign in to Samsung Account. Enable "Remote Unlock" in Settings > Biometrics > Find my Phone > Remote unlock. Now, once this is enabled, you can easily reset pattern/password/pin if you forget it via Samsung cloud services.

If still does not work then try to use this link might be it will help you.

still your query have not resolved then
you need to factory reset the phone. You will need the google account id password to configure the phone again

 

Reboot to recovery by pressing bixby+vol up+power and select Wipe Data\Factory reset.

 

vol up/down to navigate and power button for action.

 

After reset you will get the phone as new. Now set up.

no need goto security and go to find my mobile then goto samsung account you're using in that click on 3dots above right
goto help in that choose forgot if it password and do this on the device whose password you forgot it'll open browser and give u 2 options one to reset password or second if you forgot your id on a device enter the forgot id
second option you have is to go to findmymobile.samsung.com from find my mobile option
in the browser goto 3 dots upper right and click remove it'll ask which device if u have 2 or more devices linked to same Samsung account click remove and choose device it'll unlink device and again after restart device goto accounts and re add your device
