My email attachments open in negative colors only. How to revert back?

1 Which email app you are using?
2 How you are opening an attachment?? With in the email app or with a third party viewer?
3 Are you facing this issue with all types of files or a particular one?
4 Have you tried to download the file and opened it from the system viewer?

it's the default email app.
I'm opening it within the email app itself.
tried pdf and jpeg, same for both.
no issues for the files saved locally.
