downgrading to android 9

Is there any chance that android 10 upgrade to galaxy note 10 plus  might have caused drainage problems?

How can we downgrade to android 9?

With regard to downgrade, it is not possible. For any issue, please report and improvements will be provided thru Software updates.

Downgrade is not possible. If there is an issue, it can be check at Samsung authorized service center or you can share an error report to determine the cause of fast drain.
