Switch off phone. If in case ur phone has one ui 3.0 then connect the type c earphone. and press the VOLUME UP & POWER button simultaneously until the screen turn on. Now the Android logo comes and open the bootloader settings. there you can find WIPE CACHE section. toggle the volume down button to select the desired line. then click the power button, next click yes to clear the cache. After clearing the cache it will show restart screen. click power button once to restart. that's all. Note: please do it carefully and don't mess around by clicking any other option.
