cosmetic damage

Hello Team,

I have using samsung galaxy note series since starting n currently I am using note 8 black colour.
Which is performing well but I have noticed that below the volume button colour is removed. without single/physical damage.

So do Samsung have compromised the quality of flagship phone...
if yes then it won't make sense to purchase flagship phone if it is same as normal phone...

if no then please share the solution.

It could scrape off due to rough use, it is not the phone's fault. You can paint it over with Midnight black coloured paint from Amazon.

AFAIK, this forum is open for everyone to post. You are obviously using it wrong, why else would its paint rub off?

see this is a persisting issue. even after the 1st week of purchase Im seeing dots near sim tray. no physical damage, but paint got scrapped.
