How can I copy a portion of the screen to "clipboard" directly (I.e clipping of an image , not text) ? "Smart select" saves the clipped screenshot to "gallery" , but I just want it to go to "clipboard" instead . how can I do this ?

Thanks, I tried this but doesn't serve the purpose .
Imagine you are looking at a photo , you take out your "Spen" clip a portion of the photo (using "Smart select") and directly go to word document and "paste" it (without "attaching" it from gallery ).

Here it is... Finally... Hello,
Clipboard is already built in any keyboard u use wether it is Samsung keyboard, or SwiftKey keyboard... See when u hard press with ur finger...wherever u want to put ur copied text or images or video... .. Then, Options come as paste and clipboard ok... Click on that clipboard.. U ll find a list of all wat u hve copied till nw OK... Also there is a delete all button in that clipboard which will delete it..... But listen 👂 since u need a clipboard manager app so... As u using note 8 which has edge screen so.. Go to galaxy apps.. In edge panels u ll find a free app called as PASTICHE... OK.. Download and install it.. Open it, set it as ur edge panel.. Watever u copy all will be there.. Individual option u can find.. Like sharing, delete, next to each copied thing... Its a free app... One more app is there called as clipboard Edge panel app its paid 128 rupees.. Its also good one.. So see and decide OK. All ur copied items in one place....
