At first, try if the charger works properly. You can whether try another phone with the charger or try charge your phone with another charger.

I don't agree. Samsung is the best. you have not used note 10+. it is ultimate business phone with rich features

Also check if the fast charging is not disabled.

its happening in all models, that's the strategy behind Samsung upgrades, so that you won't ask updates in future and they can concentrate on introducing new phones by just changing the names like +1 or append s. Realme is far better than Samsung in mid range phones.

Check if fast charging is enabled or not.

After updating my note 10 plus to UI 2.1, Super fast charging is not been displayed on screen or screen lock while charging the phone with OEM charger and usb and also cannot find super fast charging toggle in battery settings, only fast charging toggle and fast wireless charging option is available while the super fast charging option has vanished! is it just me or there are others too who are facing these same issues? Also facing horrible battery drains and it is taking 15 minutes more to fast charge from 0 to 100% as compared to charging prior the UI 2.1 update! any solutions
available? Hoping to get an early revert. Regards.

Hi,
With the latest update, the tag "superfast charging" is only available for 45W charger which is an optional accessory. The charger supplied with phone is a 30W charger & it shows "fast charging" with a blue ring once connected. That's enough.
The total charging time displayed on screen once you connect your phone is for charging time with screen off. If you're using the phone while charging it will not charge fast. Try checking the time to charge from say 10% to 95% without touching your phone. It can be ON but don't use it for anything. If that time is anywhere less than 75 minutes, you're good.
