Did you install or update your phone? If no, reset your camera settings to default.

Check whether your software and apps are up to date. Also check whether the problem exists in 'safe mode'.
Then goto to Samsung members home page and click on Get help>interactive checks>camera and follow the commands to check for any hardware issues.
If you find issues there also, send an error report. For this,
press the Blue highlight button (+)from the Samsung members HOME. Click on 'send feedback' and then on 'ERROR REPORT'.
Describe your problem in detail. Attaching a screen record or screen shot is best.
> Do not close Samsung members app till the log files are uploaded completely(anyway you can minimise the app).Make sure you have good internet connection.
They may reply after some days.
