camera issue after January update in Note 9

Samsung don't care there customer after we purchased  mobile from it.and gives automated messages. There is no value of my Rs.84000

Samsung only gives automated messages. they don't see actually what we want say.they only sending automated messages reply regarding camera,system etc.

and customer care numbers can't work.
