it's because the Dolby atmos turn off by itself.. it's a bug.. whenever u feel.the volume is low then check the Dolby atmos setting.. once u turn on it sounds good.

Thank you for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to offer some troubleshooting steps to overcome the issue:
1) If Problem is existing on the Call. Check the Network mode setting (preferred GSM Only network mode) because some time sound problem can be occurred due to N/W problem
2) In Android JB or above check (disable) the Turn off all sounds option by navigating into Setting-->Accessibility-->Turn Of all sounds
3) Decrease the volume and then increase it again & avoid lamination on speaker.
4) Check media sounds and system sound by navigating into Setting-->sound setting-->volume
5) If problem still exist run the device in Safe Mode
6) if it still not working please reset the setting of phone by navigating into Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings >> Reset Settings
7) Periodic Software Update through FOTA, SMART SWITCH or Smart Tool is intended to resolve the issue as well.
😎 If the issue still persists create full Data backup & Factory reset the device.
If issue still persists, KIndly provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback via Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app> BETA feedback>Sendfeedback>Error report>Collect log files>attach.
