bottom speaker is not working

After november Security patch....I have a problem with bottom speaker.....

And I cant able to turn on Dolby Atmos on Notification panel

clean the speaker

dolby atmos turn on when earphone or bt devices is connected.
Check your media volume level . Restart the phone and check the test again

on my a50 showing the same pop up becoz Dolby Atmos provided by the samsung only work in earphones and bluetooth connected earphones only you cannot activate this option after removing earphones or your bluetooth connected earphones

Dolby atoms will be turned on when you connect to earphone or bluetooth headset. check it
