How do I unlock the device using bixby in my note 9??..can anyone help me to solve this with detailed steps??

so you can go with skyvik but before buy check return policy and also read some reviews
skyvik is best in this price
you can search on Amazon and skyvik site also, as basis of my knowledge its best in this price segment (other is xenvo but its costly )
note: i m not personally use any lense

yes you can. see screen shot and turn ON toggle use while phone locked as per image below of your Bixby settings. you can then give command and the phone will show home screen .

I have been using it regularly without issues. Google assistant too works.
