If you have a laptop or pc then update your phone through Smart Switch...

You'll have to take the backup of your data first then install the software.

Updating through Smart Switch will completely erase your old OS & then reinstall the new OS for which the data will be erased..

The update is released long ago. There is a problem with your device. Go to service center, they will flash firmware or update it through smart switch.

update problem only note10 plus 5G variants 4G model update provide but 5G update not providing 😢
