I've downloaded 11 giving lot of problems,  hanging , youtube sound,  can't play music, very slow process don't know what to do

how did you update...is it by wifi or sim data?

see this is the mistake most of them do....never download thro wifi or sim data your files go missing...download using a smart switch or Odin flash...you can visit Samsung store and reload the software again...your problems will be solved I guess
