Air command is not working on my Samsung note 4 after updating to the latest version of Android 6. I tried activating it in settings but is is dimmed out. anybody facing similar issues/knows how to resolve it ??
We apologize the inconvenience caused. Air Command menu does not open when the S Pen is detached from the device or when hovering the S Pen over the screen with the S Pen button pressed. May be it got disabled. To enable Air command, from Home screen touch Apps> Settings> S Pen> Air Command. If still issue persists, we would suggest you to check your Samsung device in safe mode and through reset option. Steps available on Samsung Members Application> FAQ>Setting/System.
.. i read this solution on a reddit page..... and it worked :)
take out S Pen, then turn on and off the "Switch Access" and "Hover Zoom" option on the Vision section of Accessibility settings. Air Command will be back now.
