spam ads open up very often in a browser or some other pop ups appear.
seems like it maybe due to some app I have installed.
how to fix it
It's very annoying

you may have downloaded apps from google chrome

now you need to format your phone

If you don't want to reset your phone then clear your browser app data and uninstall the updates and then reinstall the same.And then go to Device maintenance app and goto device security and then update it and tap the scan button. And hope this will resolve your issue.

download an ad block extension for Samsung internet browser from the playstore.. e.g. adblock fast.. enable it and it should stop all these...

Google setting>ads>opt of personalization>off.
Google>setting>ads> Google> web page open> Ads setting> off.
Kindly uninstall UC browser and third party audio/music player and video player (black color).
Uninstall third party file manger if any.
Kindly once check your device in safe mode.
