YouTube resolution problem

Im not able to see 4k videos in youtube. I can only see 480p resolution as highest .... What is the solution for this ?

Dude it's Google's own decision to limit 420p resolution worldwide because of lockdown
Just to make sure YouTube's servers do not crash by worldwide usage of YouTube at the same time
