Is it your devices S Pen? Otherwise check on Youtube for solutions.

Plug it back to your phone and soft restart the smartphone. Otherwise, contact Samsung Customer Care.

reset the S Pen by accessing Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > Air Actions > Reset S Pen

It's possible that you might be experiencing a physically damaged S Pen, or it could be your device's software issue, not able to pair successfully

One other thought, though. Have you tried to remove any magnetic accessories from your device? (i.e. Plastic magnetic cases/pouch, etc.) and try pairing again? Also, have you tried to clean the S Pen slot? and if all doesn't work to pair it. Contact Samsung Support for further assistance
