Worst Experience with Note10 plus

First year, it was good, you can't say best, problem like overheating and frame drop when you play game. Now it's hell,  you can't play games, it's useless for me, no background apps running almost 200GB space in my phone, still you can't play games on this phone. I visited 2 times service store even they don't have solution, they always said to me factory restore you phone. Please refund my money back or send me new device.
